Contents
01Your Responsibility for Published Content
You are responsible for all content published from your Account, including replies generated by AI and published automatically or after your approval. Reviews and replies are public statements made in your business's name; you must ensure they are lawful, accurate and not misleading.
02Prohibited Content
You must not use the Service to create, publish or distribute content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading;
- constitutes a fake, incentivized, undisclosed-sponsorship or otherwise fraudulent review or reply, or that manipulates ratings or "gates" reviews in violation of platform rules or consumer-protection law;
- impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;
- harasses, threatens, defames or discloses private information about any individual, including a reviewer;
- is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or promotes violence or discrimination;
- infringes any intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other right;
- violates the policies of any Connected Platform, including Google's content policies for reviews and replies; or
- is otherwise objectionable or exposes us or our users to liability.
03Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- access or use the Service other than through the interfaces and integrations we provide;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security, authentication, quota or rate-limiting measure;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code, models or prompts, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or introduce malware or harmful code;
- use bots, scrapers or automated means to extract data beyond your own Customer Data, or overload the Service;
- use the Service to build or train a competing product or model, or to benchmark it for a competitor;
- resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by the Agency plan;
- connect any account, location or profile you are not authorized to manage, or instruct replies you are not authorized to publish;
- use the Service in violation of export-control, sanctions or other applicable laws; or
- use the Service for unlawful, high-risk or regulated activities for which it is not designed.
04Responsible Use of AI Features
AI Output may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You must review AI Output where the context warrants, must not rely on it for legal, medical, safety or other professional advice, and must not present AI-generated replies in a way that deceives readers about material facts. You choose whether reviews classified as negative are held for your approval before publishing (an optional rule in Full Auto) or publish automatically; for sensitive matters such as health or safety we recommend enabling that rule or Approval Mode so replies are checked before publishing.
05Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. We may remove or disable content, throttle, suspend or terminate access, and cooperate with law enforcement, where we reasonably believe it necessary to protect the Service, our users, third parties or to comply with law. Where practicable and lawful we will give notice, but we may act immediately for serious or ongoing violations. Suspension or termination for a material AUP violation does not entitle you to a refund.
06Reporting Abuse
To report content or conduct that violates this AUP, contact abuse@primanza.com. To report a security vulnerability, contact security@primanza.com.
